Registration

This is an invitation-only meeting. The lead PI of invited CISE EWF projects will receive an invitation by email; it is the responsibility of the PI of the invited project to identify designated representatives for the project and ensure that the representatives are registered to attend the meeting. Invited CISE Education and Workforce projects can designate a maximum of 2 project personnel to attend. Each invited BPC Alliance can designate a maximum of 4 project personnel to attend, one of which should be the BPC Alliance’s evaluator.

Details, including a link to the registration form, will be sent to the lead PIs of invited projects on April 13, 2022. Please check your email for the subject: “Invitation to Register: 2022 CISE Education & Workforce PI Meeting”. Please register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for meeting space and meals for on-site participants, and for engagement support for remote attendees.

Registration deadline: April 20, 2022

If you did not receive an invitation to the meeting either directly or from the lead PI of an actively funded EWF project, you can apply to attend! PIs, potential PIs, and interested researchers should attend, with a special invitation to education researchers, community college faculty, and faculty from Minority Serving Institutions (HBCUs, HSIs, TCUs). If you’re interested in attending, please complete this CISE EWF PI Meeting Application Form. We will evaluate applications and send notifications on a weekly basis, with final invitation notifications sent on on May 18, 2022.

One-Pager Submission for Project Booklet

As part of the PI meeting you will be asked to prepare a one-pager about your project.  We will be providing you with a specific outline and format for producing this document.  We will also be making a small data request.  We will provide additional details about the data elements to be collected and how they will be used along with the guidance for the one-pager by April 18 in an email directly from SageFox Consulting Group.
